Hi! Im Sue!

Hi! I'm Sue (Breese) Exner — and I'm so glad you're here!

In 2022, I hit a rough patch. Work wasn’t going well, and I found myself slipping into a negative mindset. I knew deep down that I wasn’t living life to its fullest — and I wanted MORE.

Over time, I came to realize that my SUEper power is ideation. I love helping people — whether it’s sharing creative ideas, crafting “wow” customer moments, or simply rolling up my sleeves and getting things done. I knew I wanted a platform to share that energy with others… but funny enough, I struggled to come up with a name. (Yes — even though ideas are my thing!)

Then one day, during meditation, I heard a phrase: “Be the joyful breeze that walks into the room.” I instantly jumped up and thought — “OMG… I am the Joyful Breese!” (Spelled with an S — a nod to my maiden name.)

With over 30 years in the customer experience space, I’ve built a career around creating meaningful connections and memorable moments. Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, my journey has taken me across Canada — each experience adding to the energy and perspective I bring today.

Known for my infectious positivity and boundless enthusiasm, I’ve often been called the life of the party. I thrive on creating inclusive, welcoming environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Give me a mic (I own four!) and I’m in my happy place — usually singing karaoke, but increasingly speaking to audiences about the things that light me up: elevating sales and marketing, building unforgettable customer and employee experiences, and sharing the do’s and don’ts of networking and tradeshows.
